At Brantory, we provide digital branding and design services, which typically do not involve the shipment of physical goods. However, in cases where physical deliverables such as printed materials or branded merchandise are part of the project, the following shipping and delivery policy applies.
1. Digital Deliverables
For most of our services, the final deliverables are provided in digital formats. These include:
- Logos
- Branding assets
- Digital designs
- Marketing collateral
Digital files will be delivered via email, secure cloud storage, or file transfer services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. The client will receive a link to download the files. Once files are delivered digitally, Brantory is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
Delivery Time for Digital Assets
- Standard Delivery: Depending on the project scope, digital assets will typically be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Rush Delivery: For expedited requests, a rush delivery fee may apply. Timelines will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
For projects that involve physical items such as printed branding materials, merchandise, or promotional products, the following policies apply:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with faster delivery times.
Delivery Time for Physical Goods
The estimated delivery time will be provided once the project is confirmed and physical goods are produced. Delivery times may vary based on the type of product, location, and the shipping provider’s schedule.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Any applicable shipping fees will be discussed and added to the project invoice before shipping.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping for clients located outside of India. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the client. Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs clearance procedures.
5. Shipping and Delivery Process
Once your physical order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
If your physical goods arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacements if necessary.
7. Non-Delivery of Digital Products
If you do not receive your digital deliverables by the agreed-upon date, please notify us immediately so we can verify and resend the files.
8. Changes to This Policy
Brantory reserves the right to modify this shipping and delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
