At Brantory, we strive to provide top-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Project Cancellation Before Start: If you wish to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may do so by notifying us in writing. Any deposit or advance payments made to secure the project will not be refundable.

  • Project Cancellation After Work Has Started: If you cancel the project after work has begun, you will be billed for any work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unpaid balance for work already performed must be settled. Deposits made to start the project will not be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after substantial work has been completed may result in partial or no refunds, depending on the amount of work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to initiate services or secure project slots are non-refundable. This covers the time and resources allocated to your project upon booking.

Refunds for Work Not Delivered

  • If Brantory is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services or fails to meet the project scope as outlined in the agreement, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the situation and level of completion.

Refunds After Project Completion

Once a project has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all deliverables.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are generally issued only in cases of:

  • Failure to deliver the services as per the agreed project scope.
  • Failure to meet agreed deadlines due to errors on Brantory’s end.

3. Revision and Rework Policy

Brantory offers a set number of revisions as part of our standard services. Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional charges. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with work after revisions have been completed within the agreed scope.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events), Brantory reserves the right to extend project timelines or cancel the agreement. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work already completed.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

Brantory reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
